Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once a deposit of €200 per person has been paid. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the trip start date. If a booking is made less than 60 days before departure, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made in writing (by email). Cancellation fees are determined by the timing of the cancellation:

• More than 60 days before departure: the deposit (€200/person) is forfeited.
• 60–30 days before departure: 50% of the total trip price.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total trip price.

If the organizer is forced to cancel the trip due to force majeure or insufficient participants, all payments will be refunded in full.

Insurance

Participants must hold valid travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and baggage loss. The organizer is not liable for damages that would be covered by travel insurance.

Trip content and changes

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather, safety, or other compelling reasons. Participants will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.

Liability

The organizer is responsible for delivering the trip as agreed. The organizer is not liable for damages caused by the participant’s own actions, natural conditions, or third parties. Fishing is a nature experience — catches cannot be guaranteed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
