Kalakamu is registered in the Travel Guarantee Register maintained by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (KKV), registration number 514/26/Mj. Advance payments are secured in accordance with the Finnish Act on Travel Service Combinations.

Booking & payment

• A deposit of 30% of the trip price confirms your booking.
• The balance is due 21 days before departure.
• If you book within 21 days of departure, the full price is due at booking.

Cancellation policy

• 21 days or more before departure: the deposit is retained.
• Under 21 days before departure: the full trip price is retained. If we can resell your places, we refund everything except the deposit.
• If we cancel, or unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at the destination prevent the trip: full refund within 14 days.

Insurance

Participants must carry travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and baggage.

Trip content and changes

The organiser reserves the right to modify itineraries for weather, safety, or other necessary reasons. Participants will be notified promptly of any material adjustments.

Liability

The organiser delivers trips as agreed but assumes no liability for participant-caused injuries, natural events, or third-party actions. Fishing success cannot be guaranteed.

Governing law

Finnish law governs these terms.
