Ours are about the fishing.
Some anglers want a guide and a boat every day. Some want the homework done, a couple of days to learn the water, and then the river to themselves. We do both. Either way it's one group, your own place by the water, and a week that runs on your schedule.
That's what Kalakamu is. Finnish for fishing buddy.

We know the water
We only sell what we know. Not scouted from a brochure, not taken on a partner's word. If we haven't stood there ourselves, it doesn't make the list.
Earn it
We don't promise easy fishing. These are wild fish, not stocked ponds. We promise honest fishing: there will be days when you have to work for it.
Keep it simple
A cabin, a river, a box of flies, and enough local knowledge to not waste the first three days. That's the whole product.
